I have been celebrating the return of Autumn by balancing relaxation and productivity. It has been a pretty awesome day full of eating pancakes, watching shows like Desperate Housewives and Wife Swap with my roomie and getting major things crossed off my list. On the down side, Nina took a turn for the worse and her cold has spoiled the fun. I doped her up on Tylenol PM - hopefully it helps a little.

I’m now off to my first night shift of my CCF career. I’m a little nervous becuase my patient load is very high at 7 patients. I hope I can get the hang of things. Two weeks of this and I will be left to do it all by myself…the reality of this is hitting harder everyday. I hope I can make it without a preceptor. Time to jump back in!
